At Modest Vogue Vibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
- Intimate apparel and accessories like undergarments and jewelry are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer support team at customersupport@modestvibevogue.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization slip.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return package, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
